Overall Position Purpose:
This position exists to assist Inteleos by identifying and documenting business requirements for Inteleos information systems, manages software development projects and direct the efforts of others in their team, including business analysts, project managers, and QA analysts.
• Business Analysis
o Elicit, understand, and document business and technical requirements for new Inteleos
o Ensure that each requirement is well-documented and understood by every constituent of the
o Track changes to project requirements throughout the project life cycle;
o Consult with internal customers to understand current business processes and clarify program
o Capture business requirements through process diagrams or use cases;
o Transform business requirements into operational software and systems;
o Ensure that software is high quality through writing and executing tests such as regression tests,
integration tests, or simple functional tests; and
o Ensure that test plans and test results are properly documented so that they can be re-used in
future development projects.
• Project Management
o Assume responsibility for one or more software development projects;
o Work with the project team establishing the 3 main project parameters: scope, resources, and
delivery date. Ensure that the project is feasible and can be delivered on time with acceptable
o Track projects daily, ensuring that projects are moving forward on schedule. When issues occur,
determine the best go-forward strategy and work with management to obtain whatever changes
are needed to bring the project back on schedule;
o Keep upper management and internal customers informed of project status throughout the life
cycle of the project. Status reports can be provided via web pages, email, and personal updates in
project status meetings;
o Provide technical support through telephone calls, emails and in-person requests; and
o Improve operations by conducting systems analysis, recommending changes in policies and
procedures as needed.
o Keep technical knowledge and skills up to date by studying the latest requirements tracking tools,
requirements analysis techniques, and project management processes.
o Maintain and follow processes/procedures as required by ANSI for organizational accreditation.
o Bachelor’s Degree, Certification or equivalent in CS, MIS, or a related field.
o Five to seven years’ experience writing business requirements.
o Three to five years’ experience managing software development projects.
o Minimum 1 year of experience working in an Agile development environment.
o Minimum 1 year of experience documenting requirements for a MS CRM system.
o Minimum 1 year of experience documenting requirements for a SharePoint system.
o Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
o Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) certification.
o Deep understanding of business analysis processes, tools, and techniques
o Deep understanding of software project management and its relationship to requirements analysis,
software development, testing, and deployment
o Demonstrable diagnostic skill in solving operational and performance problems related to
requirements analysis and software project management
o Collaborative attitude – ability to work on a team and contribute to the team’s success
o Organizational skills – ability to work on multiple projects and tasks
o Attention to detail – ability to focus on the important parts of a project or task regardless of

o Knowledge of MS SharePoint 2013.
o Knowledge of MS CRM 4, CRM 2011, and/or CRM 2013.

The incumbent will work primarily at a desk in an office environment. Some travel may be required. There are minimal requirements to lift or move equipment. Some evening and weekend work may be required.
